Talk You Through A Panic Attack In Real Time

mypaniccoachsplash1aiphone_copyAs someone who suffered with anxiety and panic attacks for many years, I know how scary they can be. I also know that when panic strikes and we become overwhelmed by the debilitating symptoms, there is nothing that a panic attack sufferer would like more than to have it stop. However, since realistically we know that that isn’t going to happen until the panic attack has run its course. Then the next best thing would be to have someone who we can reach out to, who could distract us from the thought of feeling so scared and alone, and who could help us get through the attack.

In saying this it is not always easy to find that person to turn to. Even if you are lucky enough to have someone to reach out to whenever you feel particularly anxious or panicky, they may not necessarily always be able to answer your call. And even when they do, unless this person understands what you are going through, they may not have the patience to really help you get through an attack. This is where My Panic Coach APP comes in. Knowing how important it is for a panic attack sufferer to be able to connect with a calming voice, I decided to come up with a solution that may help. And it was this need that inspired me to design the mobile app called My Panic Coach.

Now although I had originally designed this app to help people who suffer with anxiety and panic attacks, it is also an amazing tool to have on hand for anyone who ever find themselves feeling stressed out or overwhelmed. Here’s how it works.

First of all go and download you FREE version of My Panic Coach APP NOW! Be sure to tell all of your family, friends and co-workers to grab theirs too. Set the App up on your phone or mobile device right away, watch the videos and go through a few practice sessions.

Then whenever you feel stressed out, anxious or panicky all you’ll have to do is press the RED Panic Button. By doing so you’ll be connected with a calming voice that will walk you through a series of mind body exercises which should help lead you out of a state of panic, and into one of calm.

I want to point out that this is not just a recording of someone talking you through a panic attack, because it also guides you through a series of exercise which I selected based on their ability to help a person feel more grounded, centered, balanced, connected, calm and relieved.

Just knowing that you have an option to turn to whenever you feel anxious or panicky can be a relief in itself. But having the calming voice of someone who has suffered with anxiety and panic attacks, and who understands how you feel and what you are going through when having an attack is an added bonus. Then when you consider the fact that you will also be walked through these exercises, then I’m sure that you’ll agree that this is a pretty amazing tool.
